City holding auction to spend the evening with reality show finalist

By Andrew Abramson

UPDATE: Jacki Campany won the auction with a high bid of $600. According to LinkedIn, Campany is a relations manager at NYAIX.

With 23-year-old Palm Beach County native Cassadee Pope in the final four of the reality show The Voice, the city is going all out to promote her homecoming this Thursday at Clematis By Night.

The city is holding an auction with the highest bidder spending Thursday side-by-side with Pope.

From the city’s press release:

Most people this Thursday evening will only get to see her from the audience, but ONE lucky person will get a one-of-a-kind, chance of a lifetime opportunity. One lucky fan will spend the evening at Cassadee’s side!

If you’re the highest bidder, both you and Cassadee, together with West Palm Beach Mayor Jeri Muoio and Santa & Mrs. Claus will arrive in style to Clematis By Night aboard the City’s special holiday “aqua trolley.”

The current high bid is $200. Bidding ends Thursday at noon. The money will go toward the purchase of equipment for the city’s youth empowerment center’s audio and video education program.
