It’s time to play: name that steer!

Grease Burger Bar, the new trendy restaurant spot on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, has begun a competition for its patrons: come up with a winning name for the steer that stands above the eatery, and you could win $250 and one free burger a week for a year.

Just send a message to Grease Burger Bar using its Facebook page. Second place gets a $100 credit to Grease, and third place receives $50 to the upscale burger joint. Winners will be announced on July 4, after the Fourth on Flagler Fireworks.

Grease Burger Bar is owned by Big Time Restaurant Group and Rocco Mangel, owners of downtown’s popular Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar. Big Time Restaurant Group also owns City Cellar and City Oyster in Palm Beach County, among other restaurants.

Sound off:
did you submit a name to the contest? If so, share it with us here. Got any good cow or steer-related puns I should have added to my blog post? Let me know!
