New eatery Grease Burger Bar — which replaced Nobles at 213 Clematis St., West Palm Beach — is having its grand opening celebration for the public tomorrow. Well, actually, they’re having two celebrations.
From noon to 2:30 p.m., and then again from 6-9 p.m., Grease Burger Bar will be offering special deals and giveaways to customers.
According to general manager Jason Fallic, the business will be giving away unlimited sliders and fries, and will have drink specials on Heineken and Pearl Vodka products, as well as drinks with Red Bull. (Those three companies are sponsoring the grand opening.)
Today is the second day the restaurant and bar has been open for regular business.
Want to know more about the place? Here’s what the Palm Beach Daily News wrote about it:
The latest concept of Big Time Restaurant Group and Rocco Mangel is Grease Burger Bar along Clematis Street. The 3,500-square-foot eatery opens Wednesday.
What’s up with the name of the place? “Ultimately, after you hear it and say it and see the concept, you’re going to understand it. The name is definitely a little edgy and the restaurant will have a bit of an edge. Once you experience the concept, it will all make sense,” said Todd Herbst, co-owner of Big Time Restaurant Group.
Grease Burger Bar, aimed at being an inexpensive, high-energy dining destination and hangout, will offer a selection of burgers, as well as salads, sandwiches, onion rings, French fries and sweet-potato fries. With a sports-bar component featuring flat-screen televisions and a long wooden bar, it also will offer a wide selection of beers.
